Spinal Cord Stimulation for the Treatment of Motor Deficits in People with Spinal Muscular Atrophy

The goals of this study is to demonstrate the ability of a person with tetraplegia to control of a robotic arm with their brain activity, while also receiving sensory feedback.

Research Eligibility:

  • Do you have limited or no ability to use both hands due to cervical spinal cord injury, or brainstem stroke?
  • Are you at least 1 year post injury?
  • Are you between the ages of 22 and 70?
